Inclusion on the local artist list is normally only available to Columbia Valley Arts Council members who live in or can demonstrate a strong connection to the Columbia Valley. In 2020 the membership requirement for inclusion has been waived due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Connection to the Columbia Valley requirements still need to be met.
